About the university
A university in the hills, built around its students.
Graphic Era Hill University was founded in 2011 as a private university in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Today it teaches across three campuses — Dehradun, Bhimtal and Haldwani — in engineering, computer applications, management and other disciplines.
Admission is based on merit in the qualifying examination, and the application is completed online.

The Admissions Office checks your documents and may ask for anything missing. You can track the status with your tracking ID.

Enrolment
On confirmation you complete enrolment, attend orientation and begin the session.

Questions, orders and applications
Track a store order or an admission application, raise a ticket, or browse common questions.
Contact the admin office via email or the “Raise a ticket” tab with your Campus ID — a temporary password is issued after identity verification.
Log in to the Student Dashboard with your Campus ID — your subject-wise and overall attendance percentage is shown automatically.
Use the “Track order” tab with the Order ID and Student ID you entered at checkout to see live payment and delivery status.
Click “Apply now”, fill in your details and preferred course — our admissions team reviews it and reaches out directly.
UPI confirmations can take a little time to verify manually. If it's still pending after a few hours, raise a ticket with your Order ID and transaction reference.
Use the “Raise a ticket” tab and select “Faculty / Academics” as the category, or email us directly — queries are routed to the right department.
